Katrina’s Journey from MBA in IT & Operations Management to PhD in Data Science and Founding Foster Apex Research Group
Ask: Katrina’s career path began with a strong foundation in IT & Operations Management through her MBA. Driven by curiosity and a desire to address complex problems with data, she asked herself, “How can I leverage technology and data to drive business transformation?”
Interpret: Katrina realized that data was the key to unlocking new insights and improving decision-making processes. She interpreted this as a call to deepen her knowledge in Data Science, believing it was the future of every industry. Her fascination with analytics, machine learning, and big data led her to pursue a PhD in Data Science.
Take Action: Armed with advanced education and research in data science, Katrina founded Foster Apex Research Group. She took action by creating a platform that blends cutting-edge research and practical data science applications. Her goal is to help organizations unlock the potential of their data through innovative solutions and strategic insights, contributing to more efficient operations and informed decision-making.
