The phone is practically brand new. Why I'm selling a practically brand new phone (or to be fair, it's open-box, so like new) is because for me to get a deal with Comcast/Xfinity internet they wanted me to bundle. so i bundled and the phone sits on the shelf for a year, at which time (now), I'm done and unlocked the phone carrier. My primary carrier is actually t-mo for personal and att for work. So i have plenty of phones as is.. but again "bundle".

Phone works with tmo and att. the firmware screen (see photo) confirms this. I'll reset the unit when it's sold. Asking $90. thanks for looking!
